    Experience

    • 2+ years in SDR, BDR, or inside sales roles with proven track record
    • Demonstrated success with cold outreach and lead generation
    • Experience with Google Sheets for tracking and CRM purposes
    • Familiarity with outreach tools (Instantly, Lemlist, or similar platforms)
    • B2B prospecting experience preferred
