- Develop and execute PPC strategies across Google Ads and social platforms.

- Create compelling ad copy and optimize landing pages for conversion.
- Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven optimizations.
- Manage client budgets to maximize ROI and ROAS.
- Stay current with PPC trends and platform updates in the real estate sector.

- Achieve consistent ROAS targets across client campaigns.
- Lower CPL/CPA while maintaining or improving lead quality.

Requirements
- 3+ years of experience managing PPC campaigns, preferably in real estate.
- Proficiency with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and analytics platforms.
- Experience with bid management tools and A/B testing.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.
- Google Ads certification preferred.
- Remote-ready with excellent communication and reporting skills.
