Auto-Accident Claimant Acquisition • Houston, TX
A Houston personal injury firm wanted more auto-accident inquiries without paying for a list of names that left its intake team to find out who would answer, who met the firm's criteria, and who had enough information for a useful conversation.
A conventional lead-generation report would have counted all 12 initial inquiries as leads. That would have pushed the cost and work of filtering nine unsuitable or incomplete inquiries onto the firm.
We built a short review that captured the accident type, when it happened, whether the person already had an attorney, whether an injury was reported, and their contact details.
After submission, we got in touch to confirm key details and gather additional intake information, including whether a police report was filed and who appeared to be at fault. Only people who met the firm's criteria and completed that confirmation were handed to intake.
Each delivered claimant was double-verified: first against the firm's criteria using the review answers, then through direct follow-up before handoff. The commercial model was structured so that only the 3 live transfers would be billed, not all 12 initial inquiries.
